Before: This patient had suffered aggressive dental deterioration from years of heavy grinding and clinching. He had worn all of his teeth down in the back which led to the front teeth being worn down almost to the gums. After: Due to the extent of the wear on the patient’s teeth, it was necessary to place crowns on all of his teeth in order to re-establish the correct and comfortable bite. This re-established bite then created the room necessary to rebuild his front teeth to a natural and esthetically pleasing length.
